  • SROM full time positions are a blend of summer responsibilities and off season responsibilities
  • Responsibilities include advanced computer work, team projects, creative production of materials, calling, relationship building, and ministry development
  • SROM full time staff members should have discipleship and leadership skills, a passionate and intimate walk with Jesus, and a growing relationship with God
  • SROM matches people’s passions, giftings and callings with ministries, needs and areas of growth opportunity
  • Staff are held accountable for personal spiritual growth, personal health and fitness, and corporate worship and prayer
  • SROM full time staff are Godly representatives in Laramie and the outdoor community
  • All full time staff raise personal support (like Navigators or Campus Crusade)
  • SROM will work to equip and assist you in raising personal support

Applicant Requirements

  • Four year college degree or equivalent experience
  • Comprehensive and appropriate outdoor resume
  • Previous supervisory/leadership experience
  • Active Christian ministry/service
  • Submitted resume, including skills and experience appropriate to the position pursued
  • References must include individuals who can comment on applicant’s ministry experience, outdoor experience, leadership/supervisory experience, past employment
  • Must have a valid driver’s license
  • Checks include:
    • Background
    • Sex Offender
    • Credit Report
