For over 25 years SROM has dedicated the ministry to changing lives through time and exposure to God’s creation. Every year hundreds of people come to greater knowledge of Jesus Christ, grow as Christ's disciples, develop as Christian leaders and experience life changing community through the ministry of SROM.

SROM is passionate about outdoor ministry and as an organization we believe it is one of the most effective and powerful tools to impact and change the lives of youth and young adults. It is exciting to know that God is using this ministry to advance His Kingdom here on earth.

SROM is an effective and growing ministry. The following were unsolicited responses from open ended questions on our course evaluations from 2009:

  • 100% of 40/40 and 40/40 Teen reported growing in their relationship with God
  • 75% specifically mentioned growing in leadership
  • 71% specifically mentioned growing/enjoying team and community
  • 50% specifically mentioned overcoming fear
  • 69% specifically mentioned enjoying the spiritual programming

SROM is making a difference in the lives of youth and advancing the Kingdom! To make this experience affordable to most youth, we charge less then 65% of our actual cost. Help us continue this ministry by supplementing the student's costs.
