The SROM board of trustees is charged with the task of upholding and sheparding the SROM mission statement, setting vision for the ministry and holding the SROM staff accountable for the fulfillment of both the mission and vision set for the ministry.

- Committing time, prayer, and finances to SROM
- Providing oversight, accountability, and evaluation to the ministry
